Tom Sharpe's next novel

Tom Sharpe, 80 this year, has signed up for a new novel with Hutchinson. The Gropes will appear in September 2009. Susan Sandon, MD of Cornerstone (Hutchinson's parent division at Random House), bought the book through agent Sonia Land.
